Carnival Parades in Menton, France (February 9 - 23, 2019)
Carnival in Menton has morphed into the Fete du Citron, a festival celebrating the region's unique lemon. This year's theme was Fantastic Worlds, a theme which everyone embraced wholeheartedly!
